FORD FOCUS RS / AUTOMOTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY

We decided to photograph the new Ford Focus RS in a warehouse setting. This vehicle is a track car disguised as a practical hatchback. Suitably, it's our new studio vehicle. We're taking getting to our photography sessions very very seriously. The color is appropriately coined "stealth grey" so when it came to the photography we wanted it to kind of emerge from the background. Keeping the visuals true to it's namesake.

Automotive photography offers it's own specific obstacles. The biggest pitfall being that it's a large reflective object, and it can be frustrating trying to get that perfect lighting I strive for, without getting reflection from the lighting equipment.
