ABOUT YOUR WEDDING
A deposit of $500 is required to hold your wedding date. The deposit will be applied toward your wedding package, so your not throwing that money away! Sometimes it’s hard to know which package best suits your needs, especially if your in the beginning stages of the planning. Having photographed many wedding and understand how much time and energy goes in to the planning process, we give you up to two weeks before the wedding date to make your package selection and pay the remaining balance. We typically attend the wedding rehearsal so that we are familiar with the location and ceremony. After your wedding a follow up appointment will be made at your convenience for portfolio review and image selection. An online gallery will be posted on www.bradrankin.com where your guests can order their own prints!

PROOFING
Brad Rankin Studio offers online proofing technologies. Instead of traditional books or prints, our studio provides password protected client access, so that not only you have the ability to view proofs but your friends, family and anyone else who may want to order as well. The best part? They have no excuse to steal your prints! This is how it works:
1. You simply go to www.bradrankin.com.
2. Access the Login tab in the top right hand of the screen.
3. Enter your password. (i.e. stevegreen)
4. Navigate to the gallery you wish to view (i.e. senior photos)
5. When choosing your images note both the orientation and the image number on the bottom right hand sign of your screen.
6. If your having trouble picking, feel free to call the studio directly for our recommendations, we have years of editing experience, and are happy to help!

Your online gallery is available for your proofing needs. Images are typically uploaded within 1-4 business days from the date of your session. Each client has 2 weeks from the proof date to complete his/her order. Need more time? If called in advance Brad Rankin Studio can allow for up to an additional 2 weeks for proofing.

YOUR ORDER
In order to recieve any applicable discounts, you will need to order within two weeks of the date your proofs go online. All print orders must be paid in full before we start the printing process. If more time is needed for you to complete your order then arrangements can be made to accomodate your needs. Please allow 3 - 6 weeks for your order to be completed. Need it done faster? For an additional fee Brad Rankin Studio can expedite your order to meet your deadline. This same principal applies to digital only orders like your business headshots or PR images. Want to order more later? No problem, our studio retains it's data for a minimum of 2 years from your session!
